Refund & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for buying our Sample Packs and Digital Products at DJ Tanmay Kalna.
1. Digital Products
All products sold on our website are strictly digital items (Audio Sample Packs, Loops, MP3s, VST presets, etc.). Due to the nature of digital data, all sales are final. Once you have gained access to or downloaded the product, we generally do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
2. Delivery Policy
Upon successful payment, you will instantly receive access to download your purchased files. Download instructions or folder passwords (if any) will be provided immediately after checkout. If you do not receive the download link within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.
3. Exceptions for Refund
We may offer a refund or replacement only under the following strictly limited circumstances:
- The zip file or audio files are completely corrupted and we are unable to provide a working replacement file.
- Duplicate payment charged by mistake due to a technical glitch at the payment gateway.
